Product Overview

This food-grade rotor pump is specifically designed for the transportation of chocolate paste. It is made of sanitary-grade materials, complying with food processing safety standards.

The pump body is equipped with a jacketed insulation structure, which can effectively maintain the optimal flow temperature of chocolate paste and prevent reduced conveying efficiency caused by cooling and solidification.

The connection method adopts a clamp-type quick-install design, and the left and right inlet and outlet ports are reasonably arranged, facilitating pipeline installation, cleaning, and maintenance.

The power system features a left-right split layout of the pump head and motor reducer, with power transmission achieved through pulley drive, ensuring stable operation and easy maintenance and adjustment.

The pump head contains a 2-blade rotor; the optimized blade curve enables gentle transportation of high-viscosity chocolate paste, avoiding material shearing and bubble formation, thus ensuring the product quality remains intact. It is an ideal conveying equipment for chocolate production lines.

Principle of operation of Rotary Lobe Pump

Bonve cam-type double Rotary Lobe Pump adopts two synchronous running rotors, which are driven by a pair of synchronous gears in the box body, and the rotors rotate in the opposite direction synchronously under the driving of the main and vice shafts, so that the volume of the pump changes, which constitutes a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, and effectively conveys the medium. Pump Chamber: The pump chamber is sealed by a pump cover that can be opened quickly, realizing quick maintenance of the pump. The pump body is machined by imported machining centers, and the pump body is processed in strict accordance with the US 3A standard to meet the requirements of CIP and SIP.
