A. Initiation

1, the pump drive gear box in the factory have been filled with 40 # lubricating oil, but in the use of the gear box must be checked before the normal amount of oil, observe the transparent oil markers, the oil stock to the oil markers in the window half as appropriate, the lubricating oil should be replaced on a regular basis, in general, after 4000 hours of operation to be replaced in its entirety.

2, reducer (detailed reference to the manual of random gear reducer).

3, open all the inlet and outlet valves of the pipeline before starting, when the medium flows into the cavity, no abnormality after rotating the pump by hand, you can first point to confirm the pump steering and medium flow before starting the official operation, it is strictly prohibited to run the pump empty. When the pump reaches the normal speed, observe the pump pressure indicators.

4、When the pump installation position has suction requirements, the pump inlet pipe and pump cavity should be filled with material.

5、When the process requires heating or cooling of the medium, the heating or cooling device should be opened before starting the pump, and the heating energy is usually opened 10 minutes in advance, and then the pump is started.

6、Pumps equipped with cooling water mechanical seal must be turned on before starting the pump, and ensure that there is no break in flow after starting the pump, otherwise the mechanical seal will be damaged immediately.

B. Running

1、Pump in the process of operation, should pay attention to the motor power and pump operation, there are abnormalities should stop the pump to find the cause

2、Mechanical seal should be free of leakage and heating.

3、Pumps with packing seals are allowed to leak 1-3 drops per minute. If the leakage increases, the material ring can be slightly tightened without disassembling.

4、When using mechanical stepless speed changer to adjust the speed, adjust the speed gradually according to the digital display of the rotational speed after starting, it is forbidden to rotate the speed dial when stopping the machine, otherwise it will damage the stepless speed reducer.

5、With frequency converter speed regulation can use manual frequency regulation or automatic control of two methods.

6, often check the pump and motor heating, when the pump is in the water cooling state, the bearing temperature rise of 40 ℃ when the pump is in the hot water insulation state, the bearing seat temperature is allowed to be higher than the pump body temperature 30 ℃.

7, can not use the valve of the inlet pipeline to adjust the flow rate, to avoid cavitation and cause pump vibration.

8、When the pump is running, it is forbidden to close all the inlet and outlet valves.

C. Cessation

1, the pump in a longer period of time after the suspension of use, before the start should be rotated by hand coupling, feel resistance, but can be freely rotated and light weight uniformity. And pay attention to identify the pump with or without friction sound and foreign objects.

2, in the pump and gear motor re-installation, should check the pump shaft and motor shaft coaxiality, measurement of the coupling of the outer circle up and down the left and right deviation shall not exceed 0.1mm, otherwise it will cause the pump vibration, affecting the life of the spindle.
