2、Open the wooden case should check the packing list, instruction manual, certificate of conformity and random accessories.

3、If the pump import and export package is intact, no damage caused by loading and unloading, transportation, it can be directly transported to the site for installation.

4, lifting should be used on the gear box and gear motor lifting ring, if there are conditions of forklift handling is appropriate, handling should be careful and light.

B、Mounting

1、This pump has been quality checked and performance tested before leaving the factory, it must be installed correctly, otherwise it will make the pump vibrate greatly and affect its service life, please pay attention to it.

2、The foundation of the pump should have a level surface, so firstly, according to the installation size, pre-excavate four foundation holes, then put the foot screws into the casting cement, wait for the cement to be dry, adjust the common chassis to the level with the pad iron block, and then tighten the foot bolts evenly.

3, the pump should be installed in the tank below the distance of 3 meters, the diameter of the inlet pipe should be larger than the pump inlet caliber 1, to avoid imports of fluid obstruction or cavitation phenomenon.

4、Pipes connected to the pump should each be supported, and the pump body cannot be used as pipe support.

5、In order to ensure that the pump body and motor are not damaged, please install a safety valve at the outlet of the pump and equip it with an over-current protection device.

6、When installing a new pump, please install a filter before the inlet of the pump, with a 60-120 mesh filter center mesh. The effective area of the filter must be two times larger than the inlet caliber of the pump, so as not to cause fluid obstruction.

7, the pump in the installation, the inlet should be installed vacuum gauge, the outlet installed pressure gauge, in order to check the operating conditions of the pump pressure gauge and vacuum gauge should be equipped with instrumentation before the valve, to facilitate the replacement of the bad table.

8、After the pump is installed, please ground the motor at the grounding mark according to the national safety grounding regulations. 9、When the mobile pump is in use, the inlet and outlet pipelines are connected by hoses, and no valves and pressure gauges will be installed at this time. The pump is equipped with four wheels (including two universal wheels) under the bottom plate, and can only be dragged on a level ground, if the ground is tilted or dragged in a big turn, care should be taken to prevent tipping and sliding.
