Case Description

A city wastewater treatment plant handles a large amount of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater on a daily basis, and the sludge generated needs to be transported to the subsequent treatment process in a timely manner. Before the introduction of Rotary Lobe Pump, centrifugal pumps were used because the sludge contained a lot of impurities, fibers, and high viscosity, often clogging, wear and tear problems, resulting in low conveying efficiency and high maintenance costs. Solution

To solve this challenge, the WWTP introduced four special Rotary Lobe Pump for sludge from Bonve. These Rotary Lobe Pump are designed to be anti-tangle and wear-resistant, which can effectively deal with impurities and fibers in the sludge, and stably transport the sludge to the dewatering equipment or sludge disposal center. Their unique sealing structure also prevents sludge from leaking and avoiding secondary pollution to the surrounding environment.
