A leading paper enterprise specializing in high-end paper products focused on producing bleached reed pulp, as well as specialty food-grade cardstock, premium decorative base paper, high-performance thermal base paper, and technical paper for electronics, displays, capacitors, electrolysis, aerospace, and other advanced applications. As market demands for paper performance (e.g., strength, formation uniformity, surface finish) grew increasingly stringent, production encountered bottlenecks. Previously using conventional pumps to transfer pulp and additives, the inherent structural limitations caused damage to reed fiber morphology and length, compromised pulp homogeneity, and impeded precise control of material flow rates.
