The emulsion pump is a pipeline device, which is a high-performance emulsification equipment used for continuous production or circulating processing of fine materials in production. The emulsion pump produces a strong shear force through the high-speed operation of the rotor stator, which can disperse, shear and emulsify the material in a short time, and is widely used in daily chemical, food, chemical, petroleum, coating and other industries.

In the daily production process, due to the aging or improper operation of the emulsifying pump, it is easy to cause equipment failure, so let's take a look at the ways to avoid the failure of the emulsifying pump as much as possible:

● The emulsifying pump body needs to be cleaned before use;

○ The pump head must be cooled before it can be turned on, so as not to cause the machine seal to dry crack and break;

● After powering on, pay attention to the phenomenon that the pump head is not reversed, if the pump head is reversed, please stop the machine immediately and re-wire it before starting;

○ When the emulsifying pump is operating, it is not allowed to have dry powder and small clumps of materials directly into the pump chamber, and the emulsified materials of the emulsifying pump must be fluid, and the dry solids will make the rotor and stator of the emulsifying pump stuck, causing the motor to burn out;

● When the emulsion pump is in normal operation, it is necessary to pay attention to observe whether there is material leakage in the pump body, if leakage is found, the operation of the equipment should be stopped immediately, the cause should be checked, the cause should be eliminated, and the mechanical seal should be replaced.

○ If abnormal noise occurs during the use of the emulsifying pump, it should be shut down and carefully troubleshooting;

● After each production, the inside of the pump chamber should be cleaned, which not only maintains the working efficiency of the stator and rotor but also protects the machine seal;

○ Regularly inspect the stator and rotor, and replace the corresponding parts in time to ensure the effect of dispersion and emulsification when the wear is too large;

● Before using this equipment, the user shall formulate corresponding safety production operation procedures to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
