What is an emulsifying pump?
The emulsification pump is a kind of precise combination of rotating stator to generate strong shear force in high-speed rotation to achieve the purpose of mixing, crushing, and emulsifying. The online dispersion equipment is installed on the pipeline for continuous processing of materials. And to eliminate batch-to-batch quality differences, the basic structure consists of a pump chamber and a pair of stator and rotor.
The operating principle or characteristics of the emulsifying pump:
Electric energy is the source of power of the emulsion pump, it mainly relies on the support of electricity, converts the electric energy into the power of the high-speed rotation of the bearing, and the strong shear force generated by the high-speed rotation of the bearing will crush and emulsify the products that need to be mixed, so as to excrete them from the bottom of the emulsification pump.
The pump body of the emulsion pump is mainly composed of the outside of the pump chamber and the inside of the pump chamber, and the main material used on the outside of the pump chamber is stainless steel model SS316 products, which is wear-resistant and not easy to rust. The internal structure of the pump chamber is also made of stainless steel, and it is more corrosive and wear-resistant than the outside. In this way, some oxidizing liquids can be better subdivided without causing damage to the pump body.
What is an emulsifier?
The emulsifier is to shear, disperse and impact the material through the high-speed rotation of the homogenizing head connected to the engine. In this way, the material will become more delicate, and the oil and water will be blended. Among the emulsifiers, the vacuum homogenization emulsifier and the high-shear emulsifier are all new products with the world's advanced level that have entered mass production in the past few years.
The operating principle or characteristics of the emulsifier:
At the outer end of the rotor rotating at high speed, the linear velocity of at least 15m
