(Bonve Pumps ISO Triple System Audit Meeting)

From July 23 to 25, Bonve Pumps successfully held the surveillance audit meeting for its ISO triple systems (ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System). Mr. Tan Zailiang, General Manager of Bonve Pumps; Mr. Sun Jianhong, Production Manager; and department heads attended the meeting.

Production Manager Sun Jianhong elaborated on the strategic significance and urgency of advancing ISO triple system certification. He noted that while the company’s core products—cam-type twin rotor pumps and mixing/homogenizing emulsifier pumps—hold competitive advantages, building an integrated management system encompassing quality, environment, and occupational health and safety is imperative amid continuously evolving customer demands and increasingly fierce industry competition.

The audit was led by Ms. Hou Lizhi from Beijing Xingguo Universal Certification. During the initial meeting, Ms. Hou provided professional interpretation and guidance on the management principles, core objectives, and implementation essentials of the three systems. After three days of rigorous on-site auditing, Ms. Hou gave preliminary recognition to the achievements in Bonve’s ISO triple system development. She particularly highlighted the completeness and detail of the system operation documents provided by the company, especially the standardized practices in technical and quality management, along with the proactive and smooth cooperation across departments during the audit. Ms. Hou also objectively offered several improvement suggestions aimed at further standardizing and refining the company’s management.

Regarding the audit feedback and subsequent system refinement efforts, Production Manager Sun Jianhong set forth clear requirements for all departments:  

First, strengthen consensus to form a cohesive, company-wide effort;  

Second, clarify responsibilities, with department heads taking the lead to refine task assignments and ensure implementation;  

Third, benchmark against standards to comprehensively identify management gaps, establish rectification lists, and close them within deadlines;  

Fourth, focus on effectiveness, driving high-quality production and operations through enhanced management efficiency.
