Job Description

(I) Market development and customer exploration

1. study and analyze the target market, determine the potential customer groups, including industrial manufacturing enterprises, engineering project companies, large-scale factories, etc., and formulate the market development plan according to the characteristics of the products and application areas.

2. search for potential customers through a variety of ways, such as industry exhibitions, professional network platforms, commercial databases, customer referrals, etc., to collect detailed information about potential customers, such as enterprise size, business conditions, procurement needs, decision-making process.

 (ii) Sales promotion and customer communication

1. master the company's product knowledge, including product specifications, performance, quality standards, technical advantages, etc., to potential customers for professional product introduction and promotion.

2. Use effective sales techniques to establish contact with potential customers by phone, email, visits, etc., to understand customer needs, answer customer questions, stimulate customer interest in purchasing, and provide personalized solutions for customers.

3 for key customers, develop detailed sales strategy and visit plan, and customers to establish a long-term stable communication mechanism, in-depth understanding of customer business, improve customer recognition of the company's products.

 (C) Sales process management

1. Participate in the negotiation of sales projects, negotiate with customers on product price, delivery date, payment method, after-sales service and other contract terms, and strive for favorable sales conditions to ensure the smooth signing of the contract.

2. follow up the implementation of sales orders, and work closely with the company's internal production department, logistics department, technical department, etc., to ensure that the products are delivered to the customer on time, in accordance with the quality and quantity, and deal with the problems in the process of order implementation in a timely manner.

3. Responsible for the recovery of sales payment, according to the contract agreed payment methods and time nodes, and customer financial department to communicate and coordinate, timely collection of payment, to ensure the normal turnover of the company's funds.

 (D) customer relationship maintenance

1. establish and improve the customer file, record the customer's basic information, purchase history, service needs, etc., in order to provide accurate service for customers.

2. Regularly visit customers, understand the customer's use of the product and satisfaction, collect customer feedback and suggestions, timely coordination of internal resources to solve customer problems, and improve customer loyalty.

3. Organize or participate in customer care activities, such as customer appreciation meetings, technical exchanges, etc., to enhance emotional ties with customers and consolidate cooperative relationships.

 (E) Market information collection and feedback

1. Pay attention to industry dynamics, market trends, competitors' information, etc., collect relevant information and analyze it to understand the impact of market changes on the company's product sales.

2. Regularly feedback market information to the company's leadership and relevant departments, including changes in customer demand, competitor dynamics, new product market feedback, etc., to provide a basis for the company to develop sales strategies, product development and improvement.

 

Qualifications

1. Educational background: college degree or above, preferably in marketing, industrial engineering, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry and other related majors.

2. Work experience: with more than three years of sales experience, industrial products, large customer sales experience is preferred.

3. Knowledge and skills

    - Familiar with industrial sales process and skills, good communication skills, negotiation skills and market development skills.

    - Master certain professional knowledge of industrial products, able to understand and elaborate product technical characteristics and application value.

    - Skilled in the use of office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with certain data analysis skills.

4. Quality Requirements

    - Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and customer service.

    - Good learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly grasp new product knowledge and market changes.
