Job Description
1. Human resource management
- Formulate the company's annual and long-term human resources strategic planning, and organize the implementation.
- Responsible for the company's staff recruitment, onboarding, regularization, transfer, separation and other full-process management, to ensure the rational allocation of human resources.
- Establish and improve the company's compensation and benefit system and performance management system, organize and implement performance appraisal, and make recommendations on rewards and punishments according to the appraisal results.
- Responsible for employee relationship management, including labor contract management, employee file management, employee complaint handling.
- Organize and carry out employee training and development to improve the quality and skills of employees.
2. Administration
- Assist the general manager in formulating the company's annual general budget and quarterly budget adjustment, and supervise the implementation.
- Responsible for the company's daily administrative affairs management, including office environment maintenance, office equipment procurement and management, office area planning.
- Organize and prepare for important meetings and activities of the company to ensure the smooth progress of the activities.
- Responsible for the company's safety, health, fire and other management, to ensure the safe operation of the company.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with government departments, industry associations and other external organizations to maintain the company's good image.
3. System construction and supervision
- Organize the development and improvement of the company's rules and regulations, including human resources management system, administrative management system.
- Supervise the implementation of rules and regulations, identify problems and make suggestions for improvement.
- Responsible for the company's legal affairs, including contract review and litigation response.
4. Team management and training
- Guiding the work of subordinate employees, checking, evaluating and assessing their work objectives, work plans and work results.
- Organize team building activities to enhance team cohesion and centripetal force.
- Discover and cultivate excellent talents to provide human resources protection for the company's sustainable development.
5. Other tasks
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Handle emergencies and urgent matters on behalf of the company.
Qualifications
1. Educational background: specialized degree or above, majoring in human resources management, administration, business management and other related fields.
2. Work experience: more than 3 years of experience in personnel and administrative management, work experience in the same industry is preferred.
3. Professional knowledge and skills:
- Familiar with national labor laws and regulations and related policies.
- Good knowledge of human resource management and management ability.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and leadership skills.
- Skilled in the use of office software and office automation equipment.
4. Personal qualities:
- Possess strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
