As a high-tech enterprise specializing in high-performance fibers and composite materials in China, this company is advancing a 30,000-ton annual specialty cellulose acetate industrial project. The progression of this initiative holds significant importance for industry development.  

 

Solution

The transport medium in this project is cellulose acetate slurry, with a defined composition of approximately 64% acetic acid, 16% water, 17.5% cellulose acetate, and 2.5% magnesium sulfate salt. Key operational parameters include a stable flow rate of 24-28 m³/h, viscosity ranging from 15,000-25,000 cP, density of 1,050 g/m³, neutral pH, and an operating temperature of 80°C – collectively defining the core conditions for the transport process.

To address these requirements, Bonve Pumps delivered a customized solution demonstrating precise adaptability. The pump body employs 316L stainless steel for exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, while the high-displacement design and optimized chamber ensure continuous, clog-free, and stable transport of crystalline fluids. The cartridge-type hard alloy mechanical seal with fluororubber components guarantees operational stability and meets the 60-meter head requirement.

This solution provides reliable transport support for the 30,000-ton specialty cellulose acetate project, ensuring efficient material transfer throughout the production process.
