Solution
The transport medium in this project is cellulose acetate slurry, with a defined composition of approximately 64% acetic acid, 16% water, 17.5% cellulose acetate, and 2.5% magnesium sulfate salt. Key operational parameters include a stable flow rate of 24-28 m³/h, viscosity ranging from 15,000-25,000 cP, density of 1,050 g/m³, neutral pH, and an operating temperature of 80°C – collectively defining the core conditions for the transport process.
